We will replace it if defective; exchange it if non-compatible or if you “just don’t like it” - return it for a full refund. However, if the manufacturer of the item charges a restocking fee for special order items, missing parts/manuals and/or the product box not in original state, that fee will be deducted from the refund. The original invoice must accompany all returns and in the original packing materials, it came in.
